ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Applications for Queen’s Qatar will be open in January 2023 for admissions beginning in September 2024.
Applications can be submitted online or via our Admissions Office.
Our Admissions team reviews applications on a “rolling admissions” basis, and therefore, there is no application deadline and assessments may take place throughout the academic year as places become available.
APPLY IN 5 EASY STEPS
Please read the Admissions Policy thoroughly and gather the supporting documents;
- The student’s most recent school report
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
- Copy of the applicant and sponsor’s Qatar Residence Permit (QID).
- A passport size photograph
- Vaccination records
- Medical Report
Submit the completed Application Form and the Medical Form, together with the supporting documents online or directly to the Admissions Office. Ensure to include the acknowledgment that the Admissions Policy has been read. To guarantee you are applying for the right year group, check the Age placement guide here.
Pay the application fee online/ or pay your fees in person to our Finance Office. Applications are processed once all forms have been submitted and the application fee has been paid.
For students applying up to Year 5, we will arrange an interview with the Head of Primary.
Children from age 7 and above, may be invited to attend a formal assessment, either in a group or individually.
You should hear from us within 5 days with assessment results and if applicable a placement letter. Please refer back to us if you have not heard anything within this period or if you require any further information.
Please secure your child’s place within 10 working days of receiving your offer by submitting the following three items:
- Acceptance form
- Parent/Guardian Contract
- Payment of the Registration Fee of QAR4000

UNDERSTANDING SCHOOL FEES
At Queen’s Qatar, we believe in transparency when it comes to education costs. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of Application, Registration, Annual Tuition Fees and any additional charges.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of QAR 500 is required.
Registration Fee
Upon receiving an offer, a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of QAR 4,000 is required to guarantee placement. Please note that this fee is separate from the Annual Tuition Fees and will not be applicable for re-enrolments.

Additional information
The annual tuition fees cover the cost of academic instruction, and most extracurricular activities, but they do not include certain supplementary expenses such as lunches, snacks, uniforms, and transportation.
Lunches and Snacks
Students are offered healthy food options throughout the campus. These can be paid via a Pay-As-You-Go system or a monthly subscription.
School Uniforms
School uniform is mandatory for all students in order to create a cohesive and enriching experience for all.

At Queen’s Qatar, we pride ourselves on our offering outside of the academic curriculum, this is called The Experience. Students will have access to our extensive co-curricular activities programme ran by our dedicated teaching staff. There is also a paid-for suite of activities which will run after the school day has ended using our world class facilities.
